Everything is really good here, had an excellent stay with 3 more nights at this hotel-see previous review. The staff are accommodating, and there is a nice lobby to relax in.

I loved that the reception was tidy. Very pleasant staff, great pool. Neat and cosy hotel in Chiang Mai Old Town district. The stay was great.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow; very very bad breakfast.

It was enjoyable time in Chiang Mai. Inexpensive & spotless place, TERRIFIC staff. Had great-sized good-sized room with nice bed. Early check-in, late check-out.

Stylish hotel overall, is has good service and decent location very close to temples. Huge, well-kept room, with exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Set near B2 bus station.

breakfast was adequate, staff were very knowledgeable, location was brilliant. a fantastic beach, awesome view. it was also a short walk to three kings monument. the pool was brilliant, good after a tiring day.

It was worth its 3 stars. The hotel has deluxe room. For tea and goodies visit Tree Sis Coffee, located close by.

We loved this hotel, it was top quality and neat. Fantastic staff, stunning location, awesome breakfast. There was a magnificent restaurant, the shops and a market next door.

Downside was the air conditioner, it was a bit noisy.
